If you know me, you know that I love to rave about how wonderful I think meridian tapping techniques (MTT) such as the emotional freedom technique (EFT) are. My experience has been that the MTTs work when nothing else has and they bring about changes that are permanent. How can you beat that!?!?

Today I had a private session with Anne I. Merkel, Ph.D. - The Corporate Alchemist of The Ariela Group of Wholistic Services. I found Anne to be a fun, energetic, compassionate, insightful, and sensitive person. I am always looking to learn more to enhance my knowledge of how to best use EFT, so let me share with you what I learned:

It’s quite common to have an energy charge around failure and the fear of failure. There are lots of ways you can word your tapping phrases (what you say aloud when you tap) around this issue.

Anne also shared a great intention with me before we tapped: My intention is to focus on the highest priority of what to clear now. I love this and setting an intention like this will make it very easy for you to intuitively know what are YOUR highest priorities.

The under the nose point is potent for inputting new beliefs into the subconscious mind.

Quite often we are a magnet to people with whom we have the same energy dynamic we have with our parents. With meridian tapping, we can clear the strong charge on this energy dynamic. This generates a change in the behaviors. And that ultimately results in the outer results we are magnetizing to us changing significantly. Yay for that! Who reading this blog is ready for that?!?!

Specifically, Anne and I looked at the scenario of parents being critical of their child’s career choices. Can anyone reading this blog relate to this? Anne led me through a round of tapping on this. She also told me a great story of how Wayne Dyer’s mom, while in her 80s or 90s was still harping on him to get a “real” job, even after all the success and prosperity he has created! How funny!!!

I also learned from listening to Anne lead me through a tap round that you don’t have to say the exact same phrase at each tap point (although you can if you want to). You can use your intuition to say whatever flows next as you tap through the points.

To do some significant clearing:

Think of the analogy of a forest. Go for the big trees (i.e., the big issues) first.

If you have a feeling, identify it, and go back to the earliest situation where you felt that and do the tapping on that situation. That approach will generate the most significant amount of clearing.

Clear issues from your ancestors. Add on the words “and any earlier occurrences” to the end of your tap phrases.

If you have a physical issue and you don’t know the emotional cause, use the words “the emotional issue behind this back pain” as your tap phrase.

Wow, I learned a lot and I cleared a lot with the tapping!

Success Story for a Finance Guy

This is a delightful story and everyone I tell this narrative to seems to love the ending! I hope it is inspiring and illuminating to you. And just know that magnetically attracting exactly what you want CAN happen for you too! My intention is for you to create a manifestation of your own that is just as delightful!

A finance fellow came to me for coaching. He had been studying finance part-time at the university level. He was definitely qualified to work in the finance field and he wanted a full-time position. However, for the past two years, he could only find a part-time job – sometimes in finance and sometimes in a completely unrelated field. And as you can imagine, this was stressful because it was difficult for him to pay his rent, even though he lived in a reasonably priced place with 3 other roommates.

He also wanted to be dating women but he could barely get a date, no matter what he did. And from what he told me, he was doing a lot of everything: attending singles events of many organizations, online dating, pursuing every gal he met at Starbucks, restaurants, etc. Believe me when I say he was “wearing his buns out" chasing, pursuing, doing, calling, etc.

So we began to do the coaching, and we started with a focus on his career, since he felt that this was his top priority. I got to know the fellow, and so I was able to select coaching tools and strategies that were appropriate for him. Let me describe a couple of the tools here. One of the tools we used was creating clarity – a very precise written list of exactly what his ideal job looked like. I also had him read and review my favorite Law of Attraction book and CD, so he could saturate his mind with how to attract and manifest what he wanted.

Then one day, only 3-4 sessions into the coaching, he received a call asking if he could go NOW to a company that was interested in him. He jumped into his business clothes, went there, and he got the job! Later, we reviewed the list describing his ideal job and his new position matched every single item he had written, EVERY SINGLE THING! YEA, Success!

At the same time all this was happening, he had a major turn-around in his dating life. A gal he had met CALLED HIM and asked HIM to TAKE HER OUT THAT VERY SAME NIGHT! Now this is what I call magnetizing success right TO ya!

Please note that we did absolutely no coaching on attracting women. Not even so much as set an intention. So what happened? How was it that he was able to attract a whole different experience with dating? By implementing the coaching tools and strategies, he was able to raise his personal vibration around his career to a much higher level. As a result, his OVERALL vibration went much higher. So then the finance guy became more of a magnet in all the other areas of his life, attracting TO him more of the things he wanted, but without him having to CALL, CHASE, and PURSUE women to exhaustion, which is what he had been doing up until then. Now, let me ask, does this example generate any inspired ideas FOR YOU on how you might redirect your focus onto another area of your life, in a way that might raise your overall vibration? Lots of creative thinking power to you!

The Single BIGGEST Reason Why You Haven’t Attracted Your Soulmate!

Yes, I am going to reveal it here. AND, I am going to offer a solution. So, read on!

In my experience, the single biggest reason why you haven’t attracted your soulmate is an inner-based reason. It is having limiting beliefs about what is possible for you.

Some classics you may have heard (or said):
I’m too overweight to attract what/who I want.
I’m too old to attract…
All the good ones are taken…

You may have also heard this described as “Your beliefs create your reality.” When it comes to ATTRACTING what we want, what we manifest is not ONLY based upon how many actions we take. We hold many beliefs and ideas about how life is for us, some empowering beliefs and other beliefs that are quite limiting. Each of these beliefs is like a super high gauss magnet that magnetizes EXACTLY what we believe and expect right into our lives.

Now the good news is that ANY belief can be changed with a pinch of open-minded willingness and a few cups of energy-based tools. Three of my favorite methods to do this are EFT, hypnosis, and the Yuen method, and I have seen stellar results from all of these tools. I will explain more about these, and go more into depth on how to use these tools as I add to this blog. In the meantime, please observe yourself and become aware of any limiting or negative beliefs you are noticing within yourself. I will teach you the easiest and most energizing ways to dissolve these limiting beliefs, and when this happens, get ready for some BIG life changes ahead!!!

Let’s Start This Off Right, With A Juicy Fr*eebie, Princess of Peace and Love Style!!!

In this audio, I talk about a pop-up toy called a GEE WEE. You may be curious to know what a GEE WEE looks like. Thanks to the support of the Universe, I just so happened to take a photo of a gorgeous bouquet of roses sent to me completely by surprise by my aunt and uncle and it just so happened that the GEE WEE was in the picture! And even though I took this pic on a camera phone, it came out incredibly bright, crisp, and clear! I have to say, I love it when stuff like that happens!

Next, I’m going to give myself a compliment right here and right now and say that this audio is VERY uplifting. How do I know this? Because it uplifts me every time I listen to it and the funny thing is, I already know what is going to be said!!!!
